AIS Accessible Information Standard

 

 

The aim of the Accessible Information Standard is to make sure that people who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss get information that they can access and understand, and any communication support that they need.

Should you have any requirements please let the surgery know and we will help provide support whether that is by providing information in large print, email or braile or putting a patient in touch with British Sign Language (BSL).

Charities including Action on hearing Loss, CHANGE, Sense and Royal National Institute of Blind People RNIB will also be able to provide further support.
